Fireworks warning

I had IO create me a Fireworks Warning in the Document Center - Waiver Templates but when I create an email inside the lead and go to insert the Fireworks Warning waiver that name does not appear in any of the drop down choices. How do I get it to show up in the Template drop down to choose it?

And, is it possible to send two things in one email such as the contract and the Fireworks Warning waiver or do I need to send separate emails?

Thank you,

You would need to send 2 emails, you send it from the documents on the lead.

I was trying to send it from the email envelope in the top right hand corner of the lead. When putting it in down below in Document Center, then clicking on the mail envelope, it just puts in

d250adb0ab8f2e359f37ddb998393095

and there is NO mention of it being a Fireworks waiver, just a generic waiver to sign. I looked at the generic "waiver" variable and it is just standard contract language for how to not get hurt using an inflatable. How do I get it to say Firework Waiver so I know it is putting in something about the fireworks versus just a plain old "waiver"?

If you click the email button from the documents it will open the correct one to send to the user.

Sorry you can send a contract quote or invoice as an attachment to an email when sending something different.
