Reviews not being linked to lead/client.

My understanding is that the *reviews_ratings_link* variable should create a link that will tie the client's review to the lead that activated the automation, is that correct?
I just enabled the automatic email to notify me when a rating is left, but it says "Survey: Rating Clicked for ." and the View Lead link just redirects me to the leads page, not to any particular lead (though the link itself looks like it's trying to get me to the right place: https://rental.software/include/email/click.php?id=183808901&url=https%3A%2F%2Frental.software%2Fmyaccount%2Fdirectlead.php%3Fid%3D%26utm_source%3Dalertemail%26utm_medium%3D%26utm_campaign%3DAlert%3A%2BSurvey%3A%2BRating%2BClicked&t=duVmcQWZrN)

I just got another email (7/13/26 at 9:38 AM) saying "Rating Clicked for ." --nobody listed. Not sure who clicked the rating, and nobody actually left a review so I don't know who it could have been. I can forward the email if you like,.
I did get a text from a client saying they loved it just seconds before that email came through, so it may have been clicked by Lisa Wagner.
