Customer cannot make quotes or orders on site

Solved

On the mobile version I can add an item to the cart and now it is showing in the cart as you can see from the screenshot. This is different from the desktop where when you add it to the cart it says zero and one place but then says it is there in another. However on the mobile it says it is in the shopping cart and it is showing it however it is still giving an error message for you to select something from the list whatever that means. No one can check out or get a quote on our website currently
