Getting in Contact with Global Payments

I've been trying for several days to contact Global Payments to get set up with them. However, I have yet to receive a call back or email to help me. Does anybody have any information on how to get somebody on the phone with global payments so I can get set up with them?

I see this all the time and it's so frustrating. I've been using Global for years, and it's great. But I see so many people who can't even get an account set up. That's crazy! Have you had any luck yet?

I decided to go with Square because of the issue's I had with getting in touch with Global Payments. Square worked very quickly, and I was able to attach a business banking account with them on the same day. I will be using square moving forward.
