Has anyone created a loyalty program based on either # of events or $ spent that resets each year? It would be even better if it could be different based on customer types.
For example, I'd love to automatically create & email a residential client a $250.00 gift card if they have 2 events in one calendar year or if they spend over $1,500.00 in one year AND automatically create & email a commercial client a $500.00 gift card if they have 5 events in a year or maybe after they spend $5,000.00 - I could see it working either way (# of events OR $$ spent, or even a combination of both)
The kicker is that I would want it to restart each year.
