The email is set to active but will not send. What gives ?

We're close. He had to do something else, and get back to this later. We'll get it. I need the points. It's day two and I'm already getting slaughtered!

Are you unable to send the PO email via mobile only? Or is this also happening when you try to send on desktop?

We figured it out. His vendor PO contract template was designated as a Contract, rather than a PO. He didn't have a PO available to send.
