Attachements to Email from IO

I know there is an attachment button on our email center when sending an email to a client but it only allow for 3 options
it there a way where we could attached our own PDF or JPG file to it?
we do tent layouts all the time and we have to sent the client a diagram with the quote or contract.
currently we send the IO contract and then have to email them the layout for outside IO
it would be great if we could add the attachement to the order and then pick to sent it or even pick from a folder on our computer to attach a file to send the customer.

You should be able to add the attachment to an old lead and then it will be available on the attachment list after doing so.
