When a vendor responds to a PO request from an item in a lead what happens?
If they respond outside I/O is there anyway to record the availability and pricing with the lead?

When the vendor receives the availability email request and marks yes or no if the item is available, this response will display on the lead under the available column next to the rental name. You can turn on alerts for the vendor response and if the PO is signed under Settings-->Alerts Center.
If the vendor responds outside of IO, you can click on the rental name to expand the rental information. Select the availability as Yes or No and adjust the rental cost if needed.
