Optional Fields

Need Answer

Lead 9113535 is showing that the customer selected the optional fields (they are all ticked in IO) however none of the fees are applied to the lead. In the log, we can see that initially the customer DID select these fees but then removed them.

So why are they still ticked in the lead on our end?

Also - "After Hours" can't even be selected by the customer on the front end so how is it possible that this is ticked?

After looking at the lead it doesn't look right to me either. I have a developer taking a look as well.
