Cart Keeps freezing in progress status for Quote - Please help!

Hi! I just had a customer tell me that after they hit get quote it just froze with the progress bar. they double check all boxes still nothing. they tried from desktop still same thing. I just went on as a customer and it's doing it to me. I cannot figure it out. Idk if something we did today broke it.
if you look at my ticket history you can see what we worked on today. It was working find before.

If you go to the document center and find your checkout page, you can use the revisions dropdown to go back to another version where it worked.
