How to allow a "Day of" Customer Call to override IO Phone Schedule

How do we allow incoming phone calls from customers who have an event with us that day to override our phone schedule so that their phone calls get through?

Example: Phone Schedule is set currently as 10AM-5PM but we have two events today and one of the customers tries to call us at 8AM but it sends her directly to voicemail multiple times.

Example: A customer has an overnight rental and the cotton candy machine is giving her trouble at 6:15PM. She tries to call our office but she receives the after hour voice message.

Please advise us how to set up a filter and/or automation that allows a CONFIRMED event contact phone number's incoming call to override our call schedule to ring a dedicated [emergency] phone number.

I have a filter started it's called "Day of Calls". Now we will need to make another ring schedule to add the filter to and contains the hours you are allowing calls to come though during the rental period. What do you want those hours to be? For example do you want the hours to be 5AM-12AM so phones aren't ringing after midnight?

Alright I have this set up, ring schedule is "Day of Calls" and active for the customers who match the "Day of Calls" filter. Calls will ring to you David at (443) 554-7223, I have it set at M-Sun 6:30AM-End of Day (12AM) currently but we can adjust if needed.
