Park Booking Fee not working

I created a Park booking fee that is tied to a custom field called Park booking. It looks like this fee is not being applied to leads that have answered 'yes' to where the event will be hosted.

I was testing the changes you made and it looks like the Park Fee is being add per item on an event instead of a one-time fee per event. Can you help us with this change?
