I had configured tipping options with a link that went out with our google review link in a automated text one day after events. I just realized the tip link is no longer working anymore. When I click on it is says we have not configured tipping options. Where can I fix this?

I see you have your "lead tip" set up under Pages & Templates but did you ever set up your Company Tip Page? (see screenshot)

Go to pages & templates and create this page and use default template

I have created the company tip page. when I click on the link to it, it is still saying company tip page not configured. how do I do this?

Under Payment Preferences...did you ever save Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal info?

strange. We had all of this enabled and filled out before and it was working. It is now disabled and all blank.

I have reconnected the tip payment preferences. now when I click on the link the page is broken on the chrome browswer on the cell phone. On the desktop it is broken, and a pop up message says something about giving location permission so that they can see what event I am at????? this you give it permission and it is a broken page

When I click on the link you have in the text it's taking me to the right place? You have to click on it from a "live" text/lead
