Leads won't attach pics.

We've been trying to attach pic from the app. See attached video. Email seems to still work.

I have developers looking into this further. I'll advise when we have an update.

Is it only with the combination of that particular device and photo? For example, are you able to upload other photos from that device? If not, are any other devices able to upload a photo? We do not see this issue on our end, so it is likely something with that device or photo. Any further information would be helpful. Can you send us the photo via email, or let us know if it is already present on a lead?

I have the issue on my device with other photos and it was brought to my attention by an employee who has a different advice but same issue. I can send them via email and they attach.

We see the issue, and it appears to only be occurring on Android devices. Will work on getting an app update out soon.

We've fixed the issue and are submitting an update to the Play Store today, it should be available in the next couple of days.

Could you please be sure you have the most recent version of the app. Also what device are you using?
