I am having our developers take a look and will let you know what they advise.

I have the same problem. If devs want to take a look, I can provide lead numbers.

Can I add a somewhat related issue without creating a new ticket? I have two delivery types (Will Call and Entertainer) that are not supposed to show up on the planner. They are showing up on the new planner.

If you could please provide lead examples or screenshots, we can have them take a look.

The new delivery planner will show all delivery methods now.

I have a bunch of test leads that I use for different things. They are currently all scheduled on August 19th, 2026. These are the ones that still have issues:

38115805 and 37669363 do not show up on the new planner.

33635717, 38771183, and 38764553 the teardown window shows up, but the setup window does not.

I made copies of these leads and the copies show up. The copied leads have an "A" before the number (Testing A3, for example)

I don't know at this time if there are any newer leads that don't show up, so this might not be something to be concerned about, but maybe there is a bug here that a dev could uncover.

I am currently seeing the setup/teardown for 38115805 and 37669363 on the planner. But do not see the setup as you have stated for 33635717 and 38771183. I am not currently seeing 38764553 listed.

I am sending these over to the developer to take a look.

I may have typed that in backwards. I might have reversed which ones are showing on the old planner vs new planner. I'll look at it again. Sorry about that. It might not even be worth the time and trouble for a developer to look into it. These are old leads, so whatever is causing this issue might never happen again. I'll get you the correct info on these leads, but it won't hurt my feelings if you guys decide not to pursue it.

Understood. If you find anything when you look again, let us know!

Our developers did advise that many of these jobs were saved before changes were made on the planner. If you choose the "All Clear" option under the Save button, you should see many of these missing jobs.

I have been advised by the developers that delivery methods that have "Staff Operated" marked to No are being excluded from the delivery planner.

They are planning to revert this change so these delivery methods will display.

The developers also advised that using both planners for the same jobs/date range should not be done.

We're only comparing. I found yesterday where I had 2 leads with the same delivery settings, 1 not on the planner and one on the planner. I'll send a video.

Yes if you could send a video, I will have our developers take a look.

I lied on that. Apparently it was 2 different jobs. Could be explained by the staffing not being selected.

Thank you for the update. As of right now, if staffing is not selected for the delivery method, it will not show on the new planner. The developers are working on updating this.

Little more info. I have a delivery method called "christmas light installation" that doesn't have either box selected and it shows in the new route planner.

I see what you are referring to and will let the developers know.

Here is what our developers advised:

We’re planning on changing this. Jobs with “Staff Operated” explicitly set to “No” currently do not show. If no value (unset), we still show them. So this is expected.

However, we’re changing it such that only the blue EVENT block will not show if the assoc. Delivery Method has “Staff Operated” explicitly set to “No”. An unset value, like this case, is handled the same as Yes. If they want this to be considered “No”, they must mark it as such.

But again, this’ll only affect the display of Staffed Events' blue EVENT block in the near future.
