Hi Genesis,
It looks like you took the correct steps when it came to adding the reviews by going to Settings-->Reviews, but it looks like you did not make them active yet. Go to Settings-->Reviews, open one of the new reviews you added, check the active box and save! You will then see the active reviews show on the review section on your website.
