Add button to exempt lead from restrictions

I was thinking that it would be very convenient if a button was added to the back office lead form that allows us to toggle it on/off. If toggled on - all distance charges, minimum fees, etc. would not apply to that specific person/order. If toggled off (by default), no changes business as usual.
Something like this would be so helpful and save a lot of time as opposed to going to the menu and doing it manually then going back to the lead and wait for them to book to be able to toggle it back on.
