Postponed Event Still Blocking Out Inventory

We've postponed an event that was already routed in the delivery planner.

Although we've deleted the shifts for it, it still shows as unavailable for any future date.

In the attached screenshot, even though there is no shift allocated, it is still showing the set up as the old date. When we try and clear this time frame, it won't save and will just revert the old shift time back to the set up and therefore block the availability of the items

What are we missing?

Did you delete the shifts from the delivery/routing tool or from the Leads page?

It looks like, in the log, 2 logged in users made changes to the lead at the same time and saved over each-other which caused the red line to re-appear. We've removed it.

This was fixed but now the item is still coming up as unavailable/conflicting. Could you check again and advise.

When I look at this status it says that equipment is still reserved?? (see screen shot)
