getting around 10 -20 spam emails weekly would like to hide or delete the contact us page

Says I dont have the ability to do so

in IO, try settings>page/templates>contact form. Then uncheck Active

That did it, but now i see every page has a contact form at the bottom... is there a better solution for spam

adding recatpcha reduces but does not eliminate. And adding honeypot WITH recaptcha will reduce even more.

You can edit the footer of your site in elementor to either add the recaptcha/honeypot or delete the form all together.
