Delivery Restrictions and Upcharging
We have a competitor in our area who uses another event software for their business. They have a drop down selector that the customer must complete during checkout for delivery restrictions. I would like to know if we can have something similar because we have had several events request exact delivery and pickup times and it really throws off our delivery schedule. I would like to charge for exact delivery time requests similar to how they do it.
EXAMPLE
DELIVERY & PICKUP TIME RESTRICTIONS: Do you have any delivery time restrictions? For example, you won't be home from 9:00am-11:00am, or you are at a forest preserve/park and won't be there until 10:00am. If yes, please specify restrictions in the comment box below. To keep our costs as low as possible, we ask that someone be available for delivery any time before your party start time. If you need a specific delivery time, there will be additional charges associated with that (see below options). Set-up time is NOT included in this. These are delivery/pick-up windows only. NO RESTRICTIONS MEANS WE CAN DELIVER AS EARLY AS 7AM AND PICKUP AS LATE AS MIDNIGHT. Please call our office if you have any questions.

Do you have any pick up time restrictions? We may pick-up several hours or even the next day after your party is over.

Yes, make this a "Select" type of optional field, with each option separated by commas. Then, set up lead filters for each of the optional fields (ie. "delivery restrictions contains YES- You must deliver within a 2 hour window +$50"). Then, set up fees for when each of these filters are matched.
