filter and automation for calls to go to drivers

Can I get some help on trying to figure out what filters and automation need to be in place to have calls routed to assigned drivers/helpers on the day of their rentals?

We've mentioned this as a possible function in the past, but I don't think any user has tried to set it up until now. I don't think our current options in filters allow to detect if the shift is currently in progress. I have someone doublechecking this to make sure I didn't overlook another method of accomplishing this, and I also have a note in our product development system to create a detection for this this to accomplish your goal hear.
