how can we get the staffed items that have a different time from the other items on the order to show up on the contract and packing list for the customer and the staff to see? Workers are missing that the staffed time is different and their could be a situation where the customer demands the time on the contract which is not the time of the staffed item but other items.

If you are using the custom times on an item you can use the *fullrentaltime* variable

I have entered this variable in the contract and the packing list but it is not pulling any info

It needs to be with the rest of the rental info and within the rental loop. Do you have a rental w/ a custom time on it on a lead that you are testing this on?

I am not sure what that means "the rest of the rental info and within the rental loop." I tested it on lead

Ive added this variable to the rental info on quote and contract for this...but this lead already has a signed contract so to see the update you would have to view a new one
