How to remove distance auto calculation

Hello,
Our distance calculations for the quote requests are being auto calculated by an increased amount. Our distance charges are typically $150 - $250 but the autocalculation is charging $1700 - $2300. How do we remove the autocalculation for the distance charges. We can manually input those, because we disabled the online booking. Thank you.
