Venue isn't showing up

I had a venue called "Customer Pick Up Location" created and saved. I used it for customer pick up orders. Something happened and now it won't prepopulate any of that information. I've tried creating a new one and it won't work.
The same question You can't vote. Please authorize!
When I wrote this, it wasn't listed in the venue section. seems to be there now. I'll keep you posted.
