I want to run an automation to do the following
i need an automation
to set the venue to a specific venue when the surface type is equal to In Store Pick-Up.
It needs to run and set the venue to be THE RENTAL PARTY (PICK-UP) from the venue drop down picker.
i have set up the filter to find those leads, but in automation i dont see a way to have the venue address filled in or picked?
i tried the ai prompt and it only sent me back to the knowledge base on how to use them but didnt give me info on how to make it work..

I see you currently have an automation called "Set Surface to In Store Pick-Up" to set the lead surface to In Store Pick-Up if the delivery type is Customer Pick-Up.
Are you wanting this automation approved? Currently it doesn't look like there is a way to set the venue via automation.

yes this part is fine to approve, then ill run a report to make sure they are all set with the addresses...
what happens is clients want to pick up but then they put in their address so we have to make sure that the addresses get changed to our warehouse so we dont load it on a truck and deliver in error..
that is why im hoping the developers find a way to make the full automation to work in the future

I might have found a fix to the venue update issue...
if we could have venue fields allowed here
we could set the automation to set venue name, address, etc via the field command, but currently the venue fields are not in the drop down choice.

You can set the lead address for the venue address. I can put in a feature request to see if the developers can add the venue name to the set field options.

The lead address is the venue address in the set field action. Contact address would be the customer's address:
