Texts not sending through email

I responded to 3 different customers this evening through the email IO Alert, which is something I normally do. However, I went to send a quote to a customer, & pulled up the text thread with them, I realized that my last 2 texts to him didn't send. Then I looked at a couple of others that I sent via email & those did show up in the text log either.

I sent 4 texts to 3 different clients via email between 5:38-6:55pm. They finally went through about 8:28pm.

Our developers advised our servers had issues from 6:18pm EST to about 9:227pm EST. This will most likely be the cause for the text message replies to not send via email at that time.
