When I attach photos on desktop they are not showing in app. If photos are attached via app I can see but other workers can not. Fix?

Also on this note, is there a way for me to send customer a link to upload their own photo and it auto attach?

you have to create a card with the lead attachment variable of your choice from settings>template variables. The issue comes in when you have to scroll to see them all, then you need additional code. which AI may be able to figure out for you.

You can do this by going to Settings-->Document Center-->App Templates. It looks like you may have gotten this taken care of as I see a template called "Setup Photo" that has the attachment variable added.
