Active versus Inactive customer

Sometimes when setting up a new lead, it will prompt me and ask me if I want to make the customer active, sometimes it does not. Where can I go to look at a customer list to see who is marked active and who is marked inactive?

In the customers list it's the first preset if you click in the search bar.

You have both checked. So that means they have to be both inactive and active...that's impossible. Run one at a time

here is my active list - it is blank

That is not an active preset filter...take a look 't says "keyword" and nothing is matching. There's not a preset for active. If you run the inactive filter you will see yes, there are a lot of blank customer profiles but there are "737" results on the top of the page. You can go through them and make active or delete

no name are showing so where are these 737 results? How do I go through them if I can't see them? I tried clicking on the 737 and it's not clickable. Where else should I click to see the 737 at so I can go through them?

I don't believe all of them were blank just the first few. You can click on the first few to see how they were created...they still have a log. If you decide you want to delete them use the checkbox and do so

you mean all those blank lines with a box to the left of them are leads? I checked a bunch of them and they were all blank. It wasn't until I hit the sort button by last name 3 times did I see any names pop up. There were only a few of them and most were either test or just partials although there was some actual customers in there. How did that many blank inactive customers get added so we don't do that again?

Did you do an import of customers? Imported information could have come over and not have been compatible and came over blank :/

no. We did not do online ordering or even backend contracts at ERS.

Sorry, I cannot tell you how this was done then. You can look at the log and see what dates it was done but that's the only info I have. You can delete using the checkboxes if you'd like

save a couple who had active contracts and just deleted the rest so we can start clean. Thanks.
