Making an existing lead a repeat customer?

Hello, I have a former customer who wants to book with us again.

Do I need to create a new lead and a new event with the same contact info and deliver address? Or can I somehow create a new event inside the existing lead?

Hello,

You would need to create a new lead with the existing customer's information.

There is no way to create a new lead inside the existing lead without overwriting the previous lead information.

Is there any way to copy/paste that info into a new lead? Or any way to not have to do that manually?

You can go to the old lead and click the arrow next to Save or Save&Close and select Save as Copy. This will copy the lead information into a new lead number, you would then need to change the date and any other new information for the copied lead.
