Worker Mileage for Company Vehicles?

We pay our employees mileage if they live over a certain distance from the jobsite, which works great. However, when a worker is scheduled from the Routing page (Grouped Shift) it generally means that they are to meet at the warehouse and drive the company truck(s). (In fact, the "meet at" cannot be changed from "warehouse").
I would expect the mileage to pay them based on their round trip from home address to warehouse... but it's tallying all of their delivery route. I don't want them to be paid mileage for the company vehicle miles.
Can this be changed?
