Lead Flags

Hello!

I have two different bookings where both customers have signed the contract and paid. However, one customer alert flag is labeled "booking" with a confirmed status. The other customer has an alert flag of "contract" with a confirmed status. Can anyone shed some light on why they would have different alert flags?

The only difference between the two is that the customer with the booking flag has only paid the deposit, while the customer with the contract flag has paid the full amount.

What are the lead ID's where this happened?

Where do I find the lead ID? I’m noticing it on the main lead page.

When you open the lead the lead ID is in the top right corner.

Here is what the Flags mean.

For lead 56739361, they did not have a minimum of $200 and the Event end time is past your hours of operation which you have set for 7am to 7pm

There was no booking error it was just an alert that was sent to you letting know there was a booking.
