Calender doesnt always sync

Ive had this a few times and cant figure out why. Sometimes events are booked, contracts signed and it doesnt update in our calender which is sync. There is an event for 4/18 right now under nicole. The status is correct but we havent been able to get it to appear in calenders

It's for the year 2027, that's why it's not showing on your calendar.
