Email all lead contacts with a single email

Is there a way, or can you make a way, for us to send an email to multiple contacts on a lead while keeping it all in a single email? Currently, this will send a separate message to each contact. That is messy. They can't see that the other person was included, and they can't "reply all" to keep the conversation organized.

You can add the additional emails by clicking CC/BCC and entering those emails in the CC section. This will allow them to click "Reply All" which will send to everyone on the email.

Yeah, but I'm asking if IO can do that automatically, so we don't have to do that manually every time. Maybe put only the primary email address in the "To" box, and put any additional contacts in CC?
