Group Chat / Internal Messaging for Workers

If a worker wanted to reach out to the rest of the crew to ask a question about a shift, or to get someone to cover him... it would be AWESOME if there was a way to do it all inside the workers app. Management could see the chats, and the team would all be notified. Basically like a Slack or a Whatsapp without the need for a 3rd party chat app
