This is a 10 Game carnival. We want the customer to be able to select EXACTLY ten games from the options shown. Not 9, not 11... Currently the games (as accessories) are just limited to 10:
However, because this is how we have it setup, there are other accessories (additional prizes, add a worker, etc) that I cannot put online because they would eat into the limit.
Any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you!

I would make a "Choose 10 Games" Item and add all the games to it. Limit that to 10. Then add the Choose 10 games to your primary item and require 1. Then they will get to choose 10 items and those other things separately.
Currently, you don't have it requiring them to choose any. IF these are new, there's a good chance of people not choosing anything when they checkout.
When you create the 1 required "Choose x Games" item, there will be a "required accessory at the bottom listing all the items they can choose form. The title will display "choose 10 games" (which is why I name it that. In this case name=instructions).

As Chad suggested, it would be best to create an item called "choose 10 games", you can then add all 10 games as accessories to this "choose" option, and then finally link the "choose" option as an accessory to the package with a required amount of 1.
