We are having some issues with the Quote page. Several clients have informed us it won't let them do anything when they click book this event. We are getting emails to check the delivery method. I have checked those settings to allow auto booking, but we are continuing to get an error message.

All of your delivery methods were not allowing autobooking, looks like this was fixed this morning

Correct. But it is still not working since the fix.

We just tested on the first example you gave and it's working. This customer hasn't tried since before you fixed this

Gotcha. Thanks. Ok, next question around the same thing. My salesperson is not receiving emails when a quote is submitted and I can't seem to find where to fix that. Can you assist?

Go to Settings-->Alerts and be sure the quote alert has the sales rep also getting these.

Thanks. I think I have already done that. She did just telll me she received a payment notice.
