Google Reviews not Importing

Not a Problem

I've tried to import the reviews several times on multiple browsers, but when I type in my GMB listing name and hit submit the page just flashes and refreshes without anything displaying.

It's likely the Google Reviews and Trustindex widgets can't import your reviews because your Google Business Profile only has a service area listed, without a specific physical address. These tools often need an address to locate the business.

The address is there, but you're right it's not listed. Aren't the large majority of IO clients service area businesses? Are you saying that it won't work for any of them?

Most companies still show their location as in city, state and that way it would show a pin on maps and we can link that way. Instead of searching for the business name we use the link to the maps location and it links that way too

I just attempted pasting in that link to the search bar that says "Google Business Name" and got the same result. Can you help?

I just added this link to the cosmicbouncehouse.com website's trustindex plug in and it seems to be linked...you will now how to finish set up and copy/paste the shortcode to home page where you want it to show

The subscription for the google review widget? No, I don't think it's necessary to get the basic info on site...but I would think there's extra benefits with the subscription. Sorry, we aren't familiar with the subscription

I see that you added a new Trustindex plugin, separate from the "Reviews" tab under IO (which still doesn't work). I set up Trustindex but it wants me to pay for a separate subscription. Is that something I get through IO (like Elementor) or is it entirely separate?
