Could you try clearing your browser history/cache. A few of us in support tested this and got a different URL. Also, are you clicking Websites-->Checkout Page or are you going to the checkout page from the cart on your website?

I did clear Cache yesterday whole on a call with Joe Tharp. When I am on the web site and I add something to cart - And then go to cart, I get this error:
