I just booked an event for 7/18/15 for the Lenexa, KS location. It is the only event on that date, but it is showing in RED, a conflict with the projection sound equipment and the popcorn machine. Can you explain why???? If I hit the update button it goes out of RED, but still has the RED ! mark.

You had advanced times set on the rental. It's clear when these are set because you see a clock icon next to the rentals. I cleared them for you, but in doing so, I noticed a bug which we will fix.
