I have customers saying they are having trouble with credit card payments on my website. How do I fix this.

What exactly is happening when customers try to pay via credit card. Do you have any lead examples I can look at where the customer could not pay?

We've been testing and it doesn't look like everything is set up correctly. Have you reached out to Card Connect? It looks like they need to take a look at the account to be sure we have correct credentials, set up etc.

I have reached out to card connect as well...I have requested for them to send us the credentials so we can enter them for you. I will let you know as soon as I hear back
