When I am trying to checkout using a CC or GC, I have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions. When this happens a modal pops up to click "agree." The problem that I am having is that the overlay is in front of the modal box and will not let me click anything or get out of it.

any ideas?

Our developers were able to make some changes to your template that allow the agree box to be exited after clicking. Please take a look.
