Would it not be better to do ~~*d_or_r*==Delivery~display:block~display:none~~;
I'm not sure I'm seeing what you're doing, but it looks like you're hiding the setup start time if its a pick up and hiding the teardown start if it's a pick up.
Assumably on a packing list?
