Sliding Scale

Is the attached how I would do a sliding mileage rate scale? Or is that section intended for flat fees? We would like to have a sliding scale where 0-15 miles are free, 16-30 are $1/mile, 31-50 are $0.75/mile, etc. etc.

I checked the box at the top for Distance, but I notice that the "mileage" rate is also at the top with no option to add additional rates.

No, sorry, that spot is to do a flat fee for distance fees....up above is for a mileage rate and we are only able to set one mileage rate....no sliding scale.
