Change hardcoded event start time

We chose to remove the start time/end time fields on the quote request page. It looks like the hardcoded start time is set to 8:00am for online quotes. Can we change that to be 12:00pm? End time is fine at 11:00pm.

It looks like the default start times in your delivery methods are set to 1:00 pm do you wanna change that to 12: 00 pm?

When customers submit their quotes, the quote comes through to us with an event start time of 8:00am. We would like it to be defaulted to 12:00pm if this is possible.

It looks like this was because of some code on the page, I've corrected this now so the times should default to 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Let me know if you need anything else
