From November 10, 2023 through March 1, 2024, I would like to have a minimum order requirement of $500. If they do not meet that minimum order, could there be an automatic fee added to meet the minimum of $500?

This will not work we cannot set the fee on sliding scale depending on the balance, we could try with a Flat Fee possibly?

Got it, could I instead restrict auto booking on any orders that are under $500. Have a minimum order requirement of $500 by the dates?

Yes you can, you can set this up in Settings-->Distance Charges but this will be for all times you cannot choose certain dates. Please watch the video at the bottom of the Distance Charges page
