For items which we sell ( ex. popcorn, floss, snow cone syrup, etc.) it would be great to have a sale category so when you sell the item it keeps the correct amount of product in the system so we can reorder.

Does someone have a way around this? Just curious, I'm new to the software and I have lots of plastic disposable table clothes that I don't want to overbook if I run out of one color and size.

It will not allow overbooking if you continue to update the quantity each time you buy/sell. That's the only option at current.
