Lead flags and dashboard not the same

I am looking at the dashboard ''flagged lead'' and lead 14114021 shows ''SEND'' but in the lead section it shows ''CONTRACT''
Shouldn't it show ''CONTRACT'' in the dashboard ?

On the dashboard the flag is labeled different but both mean that you need to send the contract.
