Isn't there a way to make sure customers have a minimum dollar amount. I don't want someone just renting 10 chairs and nothing else.

Yes. It's dictacted by milage as well, so that you can teir it based on how far away the job is. In Settings->Distance Charges, You'll want to set it to "Restrict by: Total." Then, at the bottom of the page, is the Total Tab. In the total tab are 2 fields per line: "miles" and "Minimum Rental Total."
It should be thought of as "up to ____ miles the order must have a minimum rental total of ____"
So if you want every single order to be at least $100, you could put:
Miles: 1000000
Minimum rental total: $100

Is there a way to just make the delivery fee equal up to 100 automatically? so if an order is $75...a $25 dollar delivery fee would automatically be added to reach the minimum dollar amount of $100
