When Up Selling, can the item shown be at a discounted price?

When Up Selling, can the item shown be at a discounted price? Example - If someone rents a water slide, $300, and gets a quote. The up sell that shows currently shows the list price of items, let's say a bounce house, $200. Could the bounce house be shown for $150, if there was a bundle build for those 2 items together?
If so, how can this be done?
