Shift Assignment edit not working
Solved
I am attempting to add a line to our worker communications that will help them better identify the event they are being contacted about. Following directions, I edited by adding this line:
For more complete information about this event you can click here: %leadid%.
While this line appears in my template, it is not appearing when the communication goes out to the worker.
